About Chris

Chris began boxing in 1989 at Gleason’s Gym in Brooklyn. Wishing to expand on his skills, he transitioned to Muay Thai Kickboxing. He believes the rigors of Martial Arts have not only kept him in excellent physical condition, but has also cultivated properties that have improved his mental focus, and his ability to manage stress. The principles Chris trains by, equate to a standard of excellence in all regions of life…a standard he humbly strives to achieve in his own life, and in the lives of his clients, every day.

Chris is trained by the NASM, CES, and the American College of Sports Medicine

In his spare time, Chris enjoys playing classical guitar and cello, academic figure drawing, reading, and studying mathematics.
