About Don

Hailing from across the pond, Don brings his own brand of dry humor to his sessions, believing that people respond better to having a coach, rather than just a cheerleader. Don is especially focused on form and incorporates his pilates training into sessions to ensure that his clients exercise effectively and safely.

Don studied Economics at the University of Bath (yes, think Jane Austen and Bridgerton) and had a short stint in the corporate world before realizing what he truly wanted was to connect with people and create a real impact in their lives through sport and fitness.

Don believes that his role is not to merely provide a series of ‘fat loss’ cardio exercises. The most important thing is understanding the challenges that each individual faces - whether physically or mentally - and tailoring the environment to address them.

As a form of relaxation, Don enjoys hosting elaborate last minute dinner parties, making Malaysian Roti Canai and playing soccer and tennis.
